1. General Provisions These terms and conditions apply to all products, as well as maintenance and installation services provided by SunVoima Oy (Business ID: 3543720-2), regardless of the ordering channel (online store, email, telephone, or other agreed method). Our services and products are offered to both consumer and business customers. Prices include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise explicitly stated. We reserve the right to amend prices and terms.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation Products and services ordered via the online store are added to the shopping cart, after which the order is confirmed at checkout. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email. Placing an order requires the customer to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Orders placed by phone or email will be confirmed to the customer in writing.

3. Pricing and Payment Methods The prices for services and products are determined by the price list valid at the time of the order. Invoicing is the primary payment method. The invoice will be sent to the customer only after the products have been delivered and any installation work has been completed at the site.

The payment term for invoices is 14 days net. We reserve the right to verify the customer's credit information prior to accepting an order. If an invoice is not paid by the due date, we will issue a payment reminder. For delayed payments, penalty interest in accordance with the Finnish Interest Act will be charged, along with reminder fees. Unpaid invoices may be transferred to a debt collection agency.

4. Scope and Limitations of Standard Installation By purchasing an installation service, the customer accepts that the price of a standard installation covers the following scope:

  • Connection and Safety: We handle the connection to the electrical distribution board and install the necessary residual current devices (RCDs) and circuit breakers. Note: There must be sufficient available space in the electrical distribution board for the new components.

  • Clean Installation: The price includes up to 6 meters of surface-mounted cabling and standard wall penetrations (max. 2 penetrations) through wood, brick, or drywall structures.

  • Load Management: Installation of a load management unit connected to the energy meter's HAN port (provided the equipment supports this feature and it has been ordered).

  • Commissioning and Handover: We do not merely install the device; we commission it for use, connect it to the internet (provided the property's WiFi signal reaches the installation site), and provide user training for the customer.

  • Travel: The price includes the installer's travel up to a distance of 40 km from Nokia.

5. Additional Work and Customer Responsibilities If the execution of the work requires measures beyond the scope of a standard installation (e.g., cable runs exceeding 6 meters, travel exceeding 40 km, excavation work, custom penetrations, or modifications to the electrical distribution board due to a lack of space), these will be classified as additional work.

Additional work and the resulting costs are always agreed upon and confirmed with the customer in advance before proceeding. Additional work is invoiced according to our current price list.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is unobstructed access to the installation site, that the installation area is cleared, and that the customer has obtained all necessary permits (e.g., from the housing cooperative / property management) to carry out the installation.

6. Delivery and Installation Schedule We will contact the customer as soon as possible after the order is placed to schedule the delivery and installation date. We always strive to accommodate the customer's scheduling preferences, but the final installation time is confirmed on a case-by-case basis depending on our installers' availability.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Customers) In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, consumer customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is calculated from the receipt of the product or the conclusion of the service contract.

Exception to the right of withdrawal: If the execution of the installation service is initiated with the customer's explicit consent before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal becomes void regarding the work already performed. If the contract is canceled after the installation has commenced, the customer will be charged for the labor executed and the materials already installed.

Cancellations must always be submitted in writing (e.g., via email to info@sunvoima.fi).

8. Retention of Title and Contract Termination SunVoima Oy retains full ownership of the delivered equipment, materials, and the results of the work until the entire purchase price has been paid in full.

If the customer defaults on payment, SunVoima Oy reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. In the event of contract termination, the customer is obligated to compensate for all executed installation work, the costs of installation materials used, as well as the expenses incurred from returning the equipment and any potential depreciation in its value.
